What is Recruiter View?
It is an AI-generated first-pass simulation based on the resume content you provide. It summarizes impressions and possible concerns; it is not feedback from an employer or recruiter.
How is this different from the Resumeva score?
The versioned score applies Resumeva's deterministic rules. Recruiter View is qualitative AI commentary and may vary, so its explanations matter more than its label.
Is a human recruiter reviewing my resume?
No. The standard Recruiter View workflow is generated by configured AI using your resume and Resumeva instructions. No recruiter panel, training study, or human review is claimed.
Does the confidence label predict an interview?
No. Low, medium, high, or very high is an internal presentation estimate with reasons, not interview odds or a hiring decision.
