Terms of Service

When you create an account on Resumeva, you are responsible for its security and any activity associated with it. To protect your information, including resumes and billing details, use a strong password or authenticate via a third-party service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to follow these security measures.

You are responsible for all content you create on our platform. We may review and remove content that violates our policies, but we do not actively monitor all content.

Resumeva may charge fees for paid services. The 3-Day Pro Pass is a one-time payment and does not renew. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly Pro plans are subscriptions that renew at the interval shown before payment until they are cancelled.

Secure checkout shows the selected product, price, currency, and renewal terms before you pay. Any price change or change to an existing recurring plan will be communicated and applied in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable law.

Cancel a subscription from Account → Billing & subscription before the next billing cycle. A successful cancellation stops future renewals. The updated status in Account is your confirmation. Resumeva also attempts to email a copy, but email delivery is not guaranteed. If self-service cancellation fails, contact support so the technical issue can be investigated. Sending an email does not by itself complete a cancellation. Refund requests follow the Refund Policy below.

Some eligible Pro subscription plans may include a limited Expert Resume Review. The current scope and request limit are shown on the Pricing and Account pages. By submitting a review request, you authorize Resumeva staff to access the resume you selected only for the purpose of providing that review. A review does not guarantee an interview, offer, or hiring outcome.

Resumeva refunds a duplicate payment when payment records identify the duplicate charge with certainty; ambiguous cases require manual review. Other refund requests are reviewed individually using the relevant payment and account records. A refund may be approved for a verified billing or technical error, and is issued when required by applicable law. Submitting a request is not automatic approval, and nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

Any trial or promotional discount is governed by the terms displayed with that offer before checkout. Resumeva may limit eligibility or prevent multiple promotions from being combined. No referral credit or discount is promised unless it is displayed with its applicable terms.

We may suspend or terminate an account when required by law, to protect the service or other people, or for a material violation of these Terms. You can request account deletion through the Account page. A suspension or termination does not automatically qualify an account for a refund. Requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy above, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using Resumeva, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data security. Resumeva is provided “AS IS,” and we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or functionality.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

We may update these terms at any time, with at least 15 days’ notice for significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect indicates your acceptance. If you do not agree with the updates, discontinue use.
