How Resumeva support works
Most questions are answered in the FAQ or guides — start there for the fastest result. If you still need a human, email info@resumeva.com. We reply within one business day on the free tier and within four hours on Premium, Monday through Friday.
When you email, include: the email address on your Resumeva account, the page or feature you're using, a short description of what you expected versus what happened, and a screenshot if anything looks off. The more specific your message, the faster we can fix it.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Account Settings, click Billing, and choose Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — within fourteen days of purchase, no questions asked. After fourteen days, contact support and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
- Do you offer phone support?
- Email is our primary channel because it gives us a written record that helps us resolve issues faster. Team plans include scheduled video calls on request.
- Where can I report a bug?
- Email info@resumeva.com with the subject line 'Bug:' followed by a short description. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can.
