Kanban-style job application tracker showing job cards moving through pipeline stages

Everything a serious job search needs

A spreadsheet works — until you have thirty applications, five resume versions, and three interview loops in flight at once.

Import in one click

Paste a job URL from a supported career page and we extract the title, company, and description. Falls back to pasted text when a site blocks scraping.

10-stage pipeline

Saved → Preparing → Applied → Recruiter Screen → Interview → Offer → Accepted (plus Rejected / Withdrawn). Enough structure without the busywork.

Applied-at is locked in

When you first move a job to Applied we timestamp it and never overwrite it. Your application-to-interview rate stays accurate over time.

Linked resume version

Every tracked job is linked to the resume version you actually sent. When you later see which versions produced interviews, you know why.

Private by default

Row-level security means only you can see your tracked jobs. No recruiter tracking, no shared dashboards, no data resale.

Duplicate detection

We flag likely duplicates by URL, source ID, and normalized company+title so the same role never gets tracked twice by accident.

From messy tabs to a working pipeline in four steps

01

Add a job

Click Track Job. Paste a job URL — or paste the full job description if the site blocks extraction. Review the extracted fields before saving.

02

Tailor & apply

Open the linked resume, tailor it with Resume Match, then apply. Update the status to Applied when you submit. The applied-at date is captured once.

03

Move it forward

As recruiter screens and interviews happen, move the card through the pipeline. Your interview rate updates automatically.

04

See what works

Compare resume versions against interview outcomes. Double down on the tailoring patterns that actually convert.

Frequently asked

Is the job tracker really free?

Yes. Every Resumeva account gets the job tracker at no cost. There's no per-job limit, no paywall on statuses, and no ads.

Which job boards can I import from?

Any career page or job posting URL where public HTML is available. If a site blocks scraping (LinkedIn, some ATSs), paste the job description text into the fallback field and we extract the same structured data.

Does Resumeva apply to jobs for me?

No. The tracker is a private workspace to organize your search. We don't submit applications, spam recruiters, or contact companies on your behalf.

What happens if I move a job back to Saved and then to Applied again?

The original applied-at timestamp is preserved. This keeps your application-to-interview rate honest even if you re-open a card.

Can I use this without a Resumeva resume?

Yes. You can track jobs even if you haven't built a resume with us — though linking a resume version unlocks per-version conversion analytics later.
