Every job you're pursuing, in one place.
Import from a URL or paste a description. Link the resume version you used, and update status as you interview.
Resumeva helps you organize your job search—it does not automatically apply for jobs or track recruiter activity. Update your application status as your hiring process progresses.
How it works
Track every application, tailor your resume, and monitor your progress—all in one place.
Add a Job
Click Track Job and either paste a career-page URL or paste the full job description. Resumeva extracts the company, title, location, and available details.
Review & Save
Review the extracted fields, edit if needed, link the resume version you want to use, and save. Resumeva calculates Job Match, ATS Score, and records the resume version.
Tailor Your Resume
Before applying, click Tailor to Job Description to optimize your resume based on the job requirements. Resumeva only recommends changes supported by your real experience.
Apply
After submitting on the employer's site, return to Resumeva and update the status to Applied. Resumeva records the date and links it to the exact resume version you used.
Update Progress
As your application moves forward, update its status: Saved, Preparing, Applied, Recruiter Screen, Interview, Final Interview, Offer, Accepted, Rejected, or Withdrawn.
Track Success
Over time, Resumeva shows which resume versions generate the most interviews, which jobs match your experience best, and which opportunities are still active.
Supported Job Sources
You can track jobs from almost any employer or job board. If a URL cannot be imported automatically, paste the job description instead.
Tips
- Always tailor your resume before applying to improve your Job Match Score.
- Keep your application status up to date so you can easily manage multiple opportunities.
- Link every application to the resume version you submitted to learn which versions lead to more interviews.
- If a job URL cannot be imported automatically, paste the job description instead.
Privacy
Your tracked jobs are private. Only you can view and manage your applications.
